Description
The Multi-Process Welding Workhorse
The POWER MIG 360MP is a top - notch professional multi - process welding system. It can handle Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux - Cored welding. With advanced features like MIG and TIG Pulse Welding, Quick Setup, ArcFX technology, and Memory Capability, it's a great choice. This package is specially made for Trailer Manufacturing and General Fabrication. It has everything in the K4467 - 1 plus a Magnum Pro AL gun and is set up for aluminum welding, with a max recommended aluminum thickness of 3/8.
Ready. Set. Weld. Quick Setup
Setting up this machine is a breeze. The 7 - inch LED screen is interactive and easy to follow. You can easily adjust settings for all three processes with push - and - turn digital controls. It can weld 4XXX and 5XXX series aluminum using Pulse Processes and feed aluminum in three ways: Push Gun, Spool Gun, or Push - Pull Gun.
Pulse - on - Pulse Mode
When MIG welding aluminum, it uses different pulse wave shapes to create a TIG - like bead and excellent weld properties. It controls arc length and heat input together, making penetration easier.
Pulse MIG
It varies the weld current between high and low heat to control heat input, reducing warping and burn - through on thin materials. It allows welding in different positions without a slag system and has optimized waveforms for various metals.
TIG Pulse
It helps prevent burn - through on thin materials, increases travel speed, and results in smaller bead width. Lower heat input reduces warpage, especially for stainless steel. You can turn it on or off in the advanced menu, and a single knob controls the pulse frequency.
Power Mode
It uses high - speed power regulation for fast response to arc changes, improving MIG welding performance, especially on low - voltage thin steel and stainless steel applications.
ArcFX Technology
It's a patented tech that gives instant graphical feedback on how Wire Feed Speed and Voltage affect the weld.

Using the Lincoln Power MIG 360MP is quite straightforward. First, set it up using the 7 - inch LED screen. It's interactive, so you can easily follow the steps and adjust settings with the push - and - turn digital controls. When welding aluminum, you can choose different feeding methods like Push Gun, Spool Gun, or Push - Pull Gun. For different welding processes, like Pulse MIG or TIG Pulse, use them according to the material thickness. Pulse MIG is great for thin materials as it controls heat input well. TIG Pulse can help avoid burn - through on thin parts. When using Power Mode, it'll respond quickly to arc changes, especially useful for low - voltage applications. Just remember, the max recommended thickness for aluminum is 3/8. As for maintenance, keep the machine clean. Check the included components like the guns, drive rolls, and cables regularly for any signs of wear. Also, make sure to store the machine in a dry place using the storage compartment provided.
