Using the Lincoln PIPEFAB Ready - Pak Welding System is a breeze. First, connect the power source to a suitable input power within the 200 - 600v range specified. You can easily switch between different welding processes like MIG, TIG, Stick, etc., with just one button. The digital navigation makes it simple to adjust settings. For those who have favorite settings, use the memory buttons to quickly recall them. When using, keep an eye on the ArcFX™ visual feedback for arc settings. Regarding maintenance, regularly check the cables and connections to ensure they are in good condition. The drive roll kits may need to be replaced after a certain amount of use, especially if you notice a decline in wire feeding. Store the system in a dry and clean place to prevent damage. Also, don't forget to use the PIPEFAB™ Feeder Screen Protector if needed to protect the feeder screen. Always follow the safety instructions provided in the spec sheet when operating the welding system.
