The Model 351 cylinder flowmeter regulator is zero-compensated, enabling more efficient use of shielding gas. Its unique design makes it more resistant to CO2 freeze-up than competing models. This flowmeter has a durable and easy-to-read flow tube and cover. The regulator features a brass body, a 50mm ABS plastic dual scale gauge for easy reading, a one-piece encapsulated seat design with an internal filter and PTFE Teflon seat to prevent particulate contamination, and a large plastic knob for easy grip and precise adjustments. Key features include being an economical and compact solution for cylinder applications, having a neoprene diaphragm for better pressure control, and an accurate dual scale flow tube that provides flow control up to 70 SCFH. It can only be mounted vertically.

Using this Harris flowmeter/regulator is straightforward. First, connect the inlet to the gas cylinder using the CGA 580 connection. Then, attach the outlet to your equipment with the 5/8' - 18 (F) connection. You can adjust the flow using the black plastic knob for precise control. Remember, this product is for heavy - duty use and is designed for Argon and Carbon Dioxide gases. Only mount it vertically for proper operation. To keep it in good condition, regularly check the PTFE Teflon seat and the internal filter for any signs of particulate contamination. If the gauges seem hard to read or inaccurate, it might be time for a check - up. Also, make sure the neoprene diaphragm is in good shape for optimal pressure control. When not in use, store it in a dry place to prevent damage.
