The Miller Spectrum 625 X-TREME Plasma Cutter is a powerful tool. With 40 amps, it can cut up to 5/8 inch mild steel and only weighs 21 lbs. The X-CASE offers top-notch protection during transport and storage. The rated cutting capacity can achieve a steady, precise cut when traveling about 15 inches per minute. The XT40 torch has an ergonomic handle with a no-slip grip, thumb guide, and finger contours to prevent operator fatigue. Its flexible cable makes maneuvering easy, and it comes with a new ultra-flexible Quick Connect work lead and a smaller heavy-duty clamp. The unit has automatic air regulation, compensating for input pressure variation to ensure constant torch pressure for great cutting and gouging. The Auto-Line and MVP Adapters offer flexibility, automatically connecting to 120–240 VAC single-phase power without cover removal. The Auto-Refire technology provides convenience by automatically controlling the pilot arc when cutting expanded metal or multiple pieces. It's very portable with a shoulder strap. Included with the product are the Spectrum 625 X-TREME, XT40 hand-held torch, a set of 40 A consumables, heavy-duty work clamp, X-CASE, shoulder strap, power cord, MVP Adapters, and a consumables box. The starter bundle includes a Miller Inline Air Filter and an XT40 Consumable Kit.

Using the Miller Spectrum 625 X-TREME Plasma Cutter is easy. First, connect it to the right power source using the MVP Adapters. Make sure the input pressure is okay, as the unit will automatically adjust the torch pressure. When cutting, hold the XT40 torch firmly and move it at about 15 inches per minute for a good cut. For expanded metal or multiple pieces, the Auto-Refire technology will take care of the pilot arc, so you don't need to manually re-trigger. When transporting or storing, use the X-CASE to protect the cutter and keep your accessories. For maintenance, regularly check the consumables like electrodes and tips. Replace them when they're worn out. Also, clean the torch and the machine regularly to keep it working well. Always wear proper safety gear like gloves and eye protection when using the cutter.
