Using this Lincoln Tomahawk LC30 starter kit is easy. First, make sure your plasma torch is turned off and cooled down. Then, start replacing the old parts with the new ones included in the kit. For example, carefully remove the old electrode and insert a new KP2842 - 1 electrode. When installing the nozzles, make sure they are properly aligned. As for the retaining caps, use the internal air one with 2 holes and the external air one with 6 holes according to the torch's design. The swirl ring and spacer also need to be placed correctly. Remember to use the electrode key (wrench) 9SS28173 - 5 when needed. For maintenance, after each use, check the parts for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the parts promptly. Store the unused parts in a dry and clean place to keep them in good condition.
