This Hypertherm Powermax 30 XP Consumables Kit - 851479 is for use with Hypertherm Powermax 30 XP machines that have the Duramax LT Torch. First, make sure your machine is the right type before using these consumables. When you're ready to use, take out the parts from the plastic storage case. Install the shield, deflector, nozzles, electrodes, swirl ring, and retaining cap as needed. Remember, these consumables won't work with Powermax30 Air machines that have the Air T30 torch. After each use, put the consumables back in the storage case to keep them safe. Check the parts regularly for wear and tear. If any part looks damaged or worn out, replace it with a new one from the kit. This way, your cutting machine will keep working well.
