Using this Lincoln Tomahawk LC40 consumable starter kit is easy. First, turn off your plasma torch and make sure it's cooled down. Then, use the electrode key to remove the old electrode and replace it with one from the kit. Next, swap out the old nozzle with a new 30A nozzle. Attach the retaining cap, swirl ring, and spacer as they are shown in your torch's manual. Remember to always wear safety gear when working with the plasma torch. For maintenance, after each use, check the parts for any signs of wear and tear. If you notice any damage, replace the parts right away. Keep the kit in a dry and clean place to prevent rust and other damage.
