This kit is specially designed for the M-25 MIG gun. It offers fewer parts and greater accuracy. The conversion diffuser can upgrade legacy M-Series MIG Guns to the AccuLock consumable line, reducing consumable inventory when using both M-Series and MDX MIG guns.
Cooling Tail
The contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas for better performance.
Tapered Connection
The tapered connection firmly locks the contact tip to the diffuser, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity.

Thanks to the coarse thread, you can replace the contact tip quickly.

Using this Miller AccuLock S MDX Conversion Kit for your M-25 MIG gun is easy. First, make sure your M-25 MIG gun is turned off and cooled down. Then, use the conversion diffuser to upgrade your legacy M-Series MIG gun to the AccuLock consumable line. When replacing the contact tip, the coarse thread will help you do it quickly. Remember, the shielding gas cools the contact tip tail inside the diffuser, so keep the gas flowing properly. For maintenance, clean the threaded nozzle regularly. The steel training ring on the diffuser helps the nozzle stay tight during use and cleaning. Store the kit in a dry place when not in use to prevent damage.
