Using the Lincoln LN-25X CrossLinc Wire Feeder is a breeze. First, set up the feeder by connecting the power cable. Make sure to use the included Tweco style male connector on the input power cable (or Twistmate/Dinse connector on the CE model). Then, connect the gas solenoid and the arc sensing lead and clip. When it comes to adjusting settings, you can control the voltage and amperage right at the feeder, thanks to the CrossLinc Technology. You don't need to go back and forth to the power source. To use it, just start the welding process as you normally would. The adjustable wire run - in speed gives you a softer start. And with the tachometer feedback, you can be sure of an accurate wire feed speed.
