Description
The Miller Electric Syncrowave 210 TIG/MIG package 951684 is a complete solution to expand your welding capabilities. It offers AC frequency and comes with a Spoolmate 150 for MIG welding aluminum.
Easy Operation
1. Power on the machine. 2. Choose a process: AC TIG, DC TIG, DC Stick, or MIG Spool Gun. 3. Set the amperage or voltage according to the material thickness, and start welding. It's as simple as 1, 2, 3!
Multiprocess Function
It can TIG weld aluminum and perform AC TIG, unlike many multiprocess machines. With the spool gun accessory, you can MIG weld to fill gaps and increase travel speed.
Pro - Set Feature (TIG)
It takes away the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Select the Pro - Set feature and adjust until it appears on the display for speed, convenience, and confidence.
AC Balance adjustability (TIG) helps with oxide removal, crucial for high - quality TIG welds.
The Pulse capability (TIG) ranges from 0 - 150 pulses per second. It increases puddle agitation, arc stability, and travel speed while reducing heat input and distortion.
Auto - Set (MIG)
Automatically sets the welder to the right parameters. Just set the wire size, material thickness, and shielding gas, and you're good to go.
Fan - On - Demand
The fan runs up to 36% less, reducing contaminants pulled through the machine and extending its lifespan.
6010 Stick Electrode Capability
The DIG control lets you change arc characteristics for different applications and electrodes. Lower it for smooth - running electrodes like E7018 and increase it for more penetrating ones like E6010.
Multi - voltage plug (MVP)
Connect to 120 or 240 - volt receptacles without tools. Just choose the right plug and connect it to the power cord.
Low Power Draw
The inverter - based power source gives full welding output from 230 V while drawing less than 30 amps.
Built - in Running Gear
No need to buy a cart. The machine has built - in running gear for easy movement.
14 - Pin Controlled Operator Alternatives
The standard 14 - pin connector allows you to connect other controls like a wireless foot control or hand control.

Accessories

Using the Miller Syncrowave 210 is a breeze. First, power on the machine. Then, select the welding process you need, like AC TIG, DC TIG, DC Stick, or MIG Spool Gun. Next, set the amperage or voltage according to the thickness of the material you're working with. After that, you're ready to start welding. For the Pro - Set feature in TIG welding, just select it and adjust until it shows on the display. This takes away the guesswork of setting parameters. In MIG welding, use the Auto - Set function. Just set the wire size, material thickness, and shielding gas, and the machine will set itself up. When using the 6010 stick electrode, adjust the DIG control according to the type of electrode. Lower it for smooth - running ones and increase it for more penetrating ones. The Multi - voltage plug (MVP) makes it easy to connect to different power sources without tools. The machine has a Fan - On - Demand feature that helps reduce contaminants and extends its life. Keep an eye on the fan and make sure it's working properly. Also, since it has low power draw, it's energy - efficient. When moving the machine, use the built - in running gear. The 14 - pin connector allows you to connect other controls like a wireless foot control or hand control. As for maintenance, regularly check the cables, connectors, and torch for any signs of wear. Keep the machine clean and free from dust and debris. Refer to the Quick Reference Guide included in the package for more detailed information and troubleshooting tips.
