With it, you can easily clean, polish, and label stainless steel. Unlike mechanical or chemical cleaning methods, it doesn't affect the material surface. There's no need for exposure times, and an additional passivation process is no longer necessary. The product comes with a MagicCleaner 300 Machine with an attached 110V power cable, a Consumables Wear Parts Kit for MC300, various electrodes, felt pads, O - rings, torch holders, ground and current cables, cleaning torches, 1 liter of Blue Cleaning Fluid, and a 1 - liter spray bottle of Neutralizing Fluid.

Using the Fronius MagicCleaner 300 Advanced is a breeze. First, connect the 110V power cable to the machine. Then, select the appropriate electrode or felt pad from the consumables kit according to your cleaning needs. Attach it to the cleaning torch. Pour the Blue Cleaning Fluid into the relevant part of the torch. Now you're ready to start cleaning your stainless - steel surface or TIG weld seams. Make sure to follow the surface gently with the torch. After cleaning, use the Neutralizing Fluid to neutralize the treated area. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the consumables like the electrodes and brushes. Replace them when they're worn out. Store the machine in a dry place to prevent damage.
