The Miller Millermatic 355 is an easy-to-use all-in-one MIG welder. It features a 7-inch color LCD screen with Auto-Set™ Elite, an Electronic Parameter chart, and Trigger Program Select. This welder can connect to any North American input power. It can weld up to 1/2” aluminum, stainless, and mild steel, making it perfect for manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, and repair. The Millermatic 355 is the first single- or three-phase power Millermatic that can weld 22 gauge to 1/2 in thick material in a single pass. The package includes an XR-Aluma-Pro air-cooled push-pull MIG gun. Switching to Pulsed-MIG with this welder can improve productivity by 30 - 100% and save you money. It has lower heat input, less spatter, and better penetration. The 7-inch display ensures proper setup and reduces setup time. The machine is portable, weighing only 99 lbs, and the EZ-Latch running gear can be easily attached and removed. It's powerful and versatile, capable of MIG, pulse MIG, and fluxed cored welding, with a direct connection push-pull gun. The input voltage selection switch can use any single or three-phase North American power and shows error codes if there's a wrong input. The product comes with a power source, a 25 ft XR-Aluma-Pro gun, work cable, flow gauge regulator, drive rolls, contact tips, material thickness gauge, EZ-Latch running gear, and a chain for the gas cylinder.



Using the Miller Millermatic 355 is a breeze. First, connect it to the appropriate North American power source using the input voltage selection switch. Make sure to double - check the voltage to avoid error codes. If you're using a generator, ensure it's 19,000 watts or higher for full output. Set up your machine using the 7 - inch color LCD screen. You can use the Auto - Set Elite feature for predefined settings or Program Mode to save and recall your own. When welding, you can change settings right at the gun trigger with the Trigger Program Select, so you don't have to walk back to the machine. As for the included XR - Aluma - Pro air - cooled push - pull MIG gun, it's ready to use with the provided consumables. When you're done welding, disconnect the power and gas. To maintain your welder, keep it clean and dry. Check the drive rolls and contact tips regularly for wear and replace them when necessary. The EZ - Latch running gear can be easily removed for storage, just loosen the latch retaining knob and rotate the latches.
