Description
Optimized Wire Feeding
When you tighten the diffuser, the contact tip aligns perfectly with the liner lock, creating a seamless wire - feed path. This helps prevent burnbacks, bird - nesting, and inconsistent arcs, ensuring a smooth welding process.
Error - Proof Replacement
Replace and trim the liners accurately every single time without any need for measuring! Load and lock the liners from the front of the gun, then lock and trim them flush with the power pin cap at the back. This reduces wire - feeding problems caused by incorrect liner trim lengths.
*Use with 0.035 - 0.045 wire sizes
Using this Miller AccuLock MDX MIG gun liner is easy. First, make sure you're using it with wire sizes between 0.035 and 0.045. When you want to replace the liner, don't worry about measuring. Just load and lock it from the front of the gun. Then go to the back and lock and trim it so it's flush with the power pin cap. This will help avoid wire - feeding issues. During use, keep an eye on the wire - feed path. If you notice any signs of burnbacks or bird - nesting, check that the diffuser is tightened properly to keep the contact tip and liner lock aligned. To maintain it, clean the liner regularly to prevent debris build - up that could affect the wire - feeding. Also, store it in a dry place when not in use.
