Accessories
Using this Miller AccuLock MDX MIG gun liner is straightforward. First, make sure you're using wire sizes between 0.023 and 0.030 as recommended. When installing the liner, load it from the front of the gun and lock it in place. Then, at the back, lock and trim it so it's flush with the power pin cap. There's no need to measure, which makes the process easy. For the best performance, always tighten the diffuser to align the contact tip with the liner lock. This will keep the wire - feed smooth. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the liner for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice burnbacks, bird - nesting, or erratic arcs, it might be time to replace the liner. Also, keep in mind that this liner is designed to work with the MDX - 250 MIG gun, so don't use it with other incompatible guns.
