Error - Proof Replacement
You can replace and trim liners accurately every time without measuring. Load and lock the liners from the front of the gun, then lock and trim them flush with the power pin cap at the back. This helps avoid wire - feeding issues caused by improper liner trim lengths.

Using this Miller AccuLock MDX MIG Gun Liner is easy. First, make sure you're using it with .023 - .030 wire sizes and it's compatible with the MDX - 250 MIG Gun. When tightening the diffuser, you'll notice the contact tip aligning with the liner lock, which gives you a great wire - feed path. For replacing the liner, don't worry about measuring. Just load and lock it from the front of the gun, then go to the back and lock and trim it flush with the power pin cap. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the wire - feed path.
