Using this Hobart Forerunner welding helmet is a breeze. First, adjust the ratchet headgear to fit your head comfortably. Before you start welding, use the analog controls to set the shade, sensitivity, and delay according to your needs. When you turn on the welding process, the 4 arc sensors will quickly detect the arc and adjust the lens. If you're grinding, switch to grind mode to keep the lens clear. For maintenance, make sure to clean the outside and inside cover lenses regularly. If the lenses get scratched or damaged, you can replace them with the included spare lenses. Remember, the lens has a 2 - year warranty, so if there are any quality issues, you can get it sorted out. Always follow safety procedures and don't expose the helmet to extreme heat or moisture.
