Using the Lincoln Prism Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is easy. First, connect the input power cord to a suitable power source. Then, if you have an extraction arm, attach it using the flexible hose. Turn on the extractor and adjust the settings as needed. When using it, make sure the area around the unit is clear to allow for proper airflow. As for maintenance, the RotaPulse automatic filter cleaning system helps reduce the need for frequent manual cleaning. However, you should still regularly check the pre - filter and the main filter. Replace the pre - filter KP1673 - 6 and the Statiflex 400 Filter (MERV 14, KP1673 - 2) when they are dirty or damaged. Also, keep an eye on the internal spark arrestor and clean it if it accumulates a lot of debris. Remember, this product does not come with an extraction arm, so you'll need to purchase one separately if you need it.
