This conversion diffuser enables you to upgrade your old M - Series MIG guns to use AccuLock nozzles and contact tips. It also helps cut down on consumables inventory when using both M - Series and MDX MIG guns.

Using the Miller Acculock S Diffuser is easy. First, make sure your M - 25 MIG gun is turned off and cooled down. Then, install the diffuser onto the gun as per the instructions. When using it, ensure the shielding gas is flowing properly to cool the contact tip tail. For tip replacement, thanks to the coarse thread, you can quickly unscrew the old tip and screw in a new one. As for maintenance, regularly check the connection between the contact tip and the diffuser to ensure good electrical conductivity. Also, clean the diffuser occasionally to remove any debris. If you notice any damage, replace the diffuser promptly.
