The Magnum PRO Mechanized welding torches are rated at 650A with a 100% mixed-gas duty cycle. Built for extreme durability and high performance, this water-cooled torch is perfect for high-heat welding jobs. It meets the IEC 60974-7 spec for welding with steel and flux cored electrodes. The max electrode size is 3/32 in. for single wire and 0.045 in. for Hyperfill welding.

First, make sure all the included parts like the gun tube, connector, cable liner, nozzle, gas diffuser, and contact tip are properly installed. Then, connect it to your welding equipment following the standard procedures. When welding, keep in mind the maximum electrode sizes - 3/32 in. for single wire and 0.045 in. for Hyperfill welding. For high - heat applications, the torch's water - cooling system will keep it working well, but always check the water flow regularly. As for maintenance, clean the torch and its parts after each use. Replace the expendables like the contact tip and nozzle when they show signs of wear.
