Product Description

Description

The Fronius Vizor 4000 Professional welding helmet is a must - have for professional welders. It offers top - notch protection, making all welding tasks safer, more efficient, precise, and comfortable. One great feature is the choice between automatic and manual operating modes. In automatic mode, it automatically sets the right protection level from Shade Level (SL) 5 to SL 13. An extra light sensor measures the arc's average power density, giving you an optimal view of the weld seam. In grinding mode, the cartridge turns off and stays light.

Product Features:

Auto Protection Level Adjustment: Automatically adjusts the protection level from 5 to 13 to fit the welding process.

Perfect Weld Seam View: It has the highest EN 379 classification (1/1/1/1) for optical class, scattered light, homogeneity, and viewing angle dependency. The realistic color filter lets you control the weld pool and working environment better.

Ideal for Overhead Work: With its smoke and particulate repellent design, it's perfect for overhead applications.

Easy to Operate: You can directly adjust the protection level, grinding mode, and other common welding functions on the outside of the helmet.

Accessories

Using the Fronius Vizor 4000 Professional welding helmet is a breeze. First, decide whether you want to use the automatic or manual operating mode. If you choose automatic, the helmet will take care of adjusting the protection level based on the welding process. Just start your welding work, and it will set the protection level between Shade Level 5 and 13. When you switch to grinding mode, the cartridge will deactivate and stay light, so you can see clearly. To adjust functions like the protection level or enter grinding mode, you can do it right on the outside of the helmet. As for maintenance, keep the helmet clean. Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after each use to remove any dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the helmet. When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place. Also, always check the helmet for any signs of damage before starting your work. If you notice any cracks or issues, don't use it and get it repaired or replaced.
