Using the Square Wave TIG 200 is quite straightforward. First, plug it into a standard 120V or 230V circuit. Then, set up the machine according to your welding needs using the simple user interface. For TIG welding, attach the PTA - 17 Series 150 Amp Air - cooled TIG Torch. If you're welding aluminum, use the high - frequency start feature. For stick welding, use the stick electrode holder. When you're done, turn off the machine and unplug it. Make sure to store it in a dry place. Keep the TIG torch and other parts clean to ensure good performance. Also, check the cables regularly for any signs of damage. If you're using the pulse mode, start with a lower pulse rate and adjust it as you get more comfortable. Remember, this machine can weld up to 3/8' steel and 3/16' aluminum, so choose the right materials for your project.
