Furick has upgraded the Original BBW ceramic to the brand - new BBWSG - 19 ceramic. This new version packs a more powerful argon blast in a smaller size. Furick kept the original diffuser but revamped and optimized its performance, making it a leader in its category.
This all - ceramic model comes with a spare screen. If you have a 9 or 20 torch, it can be threaded on your 45V44 gas lens. For 17, 18, or 26 torches, you'll need the adapter kit. This cup is best for DC use and 3/32 tungsten. It delivers top - notch results with an argon flow of 30 CFH.
Using this Furick BBW ceramic cup is easy. First, check if you need the adapter kit based on your torch type. If you have a 9 or 20 torch, you can directly thread the cup on your 45V44 gas lens. For 17, 18, or 26 torches, install the adapter kit first. When using, make sure to use it with DC and 3/32 tungsten for the best results. Set the argon flow to 30 CFH. As for maintenance, keep the cup clean after each use. Wipe it gently to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to avoid damage. Also, don't forget to have the spare screen handy in case the original one gets worn out.
