Blue Demon E310-16 electrodes are ideal for welding wrought and cast stainless steels with similar composition. They offer excellent performance in out-of-position welding of 310-type stainless steels. The weld deposit is fully austenitic, requiring minimal heat input during welding. The welding current can be AC-DCEP, and the size is 5/32".
To use these Blue Demon E310 - 16 electrodes, first, make sure your welding machine is set to the appropriate AC - DCEP current. These electrodes work great for welding wrought and cast stainless steels of similar composition, especially for out - of - position welding of 310 - type stainless steels. When welding, remember that the weld deposit is fully austenitic, so you don't need to use a lot of heat. Keep the electrode at the right angle and move it steadily for a good weld.
