Blue Demon E310-16 electrodes are ideal for welding wrought and cast stainless steels of similar composition. They offer excellent performance in out-of-position welding of 310-type stainless steels. The weld deposit is fully austenitic and requires minimal heat input during welding. It supports AC - DCEP welding current and comes in a 1/8" size.
To use these Blue Demon E310 - 16 electrodes, first make sure your welding equipment is set to the AC - DCEP welding current. They are great for welding wrought and cast stainless steels with a similar composition, especially for out - of - position welding of 310 - type stainless steels. During the welding process, since the weld deposit is fully austenitic, you only need to use a small amount of heat. As for the size, it's 1/8". When you're done welding, store the electrodes in a dry place to prevent them from getting damp. If they do get a bit damp, you can dry them out gently before using them again. Always wear proper safety gear like gloves and goggles when welding with these electrodes.
