Blue Demon E308/308L-16 is an ultra-low carbon electrode perfect for welding 304L, 321, and 347 stainless steels. It offers excellent performance.

These Blue Demon E308L - 16 electrodes are easy to use. First, make sure your welding machine is set to the appropriate AC - DCEP current according to AWS A5.4. When welding 304L, 321, or 347 stainless steels, hold the electrode at a proper angle and start welding. The controlled ferrite in the weld deposits gives good toughness at low temperatures. Note that it deposits a low amount of carbon to avoid chromium carbides. After use, store the electrodes in a dry place to keep them in good condition. Don't expose them to moisture as it can affect their performance.
