Using these Hypertherm nozzles is easy. First, make sure your plasma torch is turned off and cooled down. Then, remove the old nozzle from your Powermax 1000, 1250, 1650, T60, T60M, T100, or T100M torch and replace it with one of these new nozzles. When using the torch, keep an eye on the current to stay within the 40 A rating. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the nozzle gently with a soft brush to remove any debris. Store the unused nozzles in a dry place to prevent rust or damage. If you notice any signs of wear, like a change in cutting quality, replace the nozzle right away.
