Using this Hypertherm Powermax 85 consumable kit is easy. First, make sure your mechanized torch is turned off and cooled down. Then, start replacing the old consumables with the new ones from the kit. For example, carefully install the cutting nozzles and electrodes according to the torch's design. When using the lubricant, apply a small amount as needed. Keep in mind that this kit doesn't include the Ohmic clip. When storing, use the plastic storage case to keep all the parts organized. To maintain the kit, regularly check the O - rings for wear and tear, and replace them if necessary. Also, clean the deflector and swirl ring from time to time to ensure smooth operation. Always follow the safety instructions of your mechanized torch when using this kit.
