Product Description

OK Aristorod 12.50 is a top - notch bare Mn - Si - alloyed G3Si1/ER70S - 6 solid wire for GMAW of non - alloyed steels. It's ideal for general construction, automotive parts, pressure vessel building, and shipbuilding. Treated with ESAB's unique Advanced Surface Characteristics (ASC) technology, it takes MAG welding to new heights of performance and overall efficiency, especially in robotic and mechanized welding. This wire offers excellent start properties, smooth feeding at high speeds and long distances, a stable arc at high currents, very low spatter, low fume emission, reduced contact tip wear, and better corrosion protection.

Using this ESAB OK AristoRod 12.50 wire is easy. First, make sure your welding machine is set up correctly for the type of non - alloyed steel you're working on. Load the 11 lb. spool onto the wire feeder of your welding machine. When starting to weld, you'll notice it starts up really well. Keep a steady hand and let the wire feed smoothly at a high speed if needed. During welding, the arc remains stable even at high currents, and you'll hardly see any spatter. Also, there's less fume, which is great for your working environment. As for maintenance, store the spool in a dry place to prevent corrosion. After use, check the contact tip for wear and replace it if necessary. This will help keep your welding process efficient and the wire in good condition.
