Blue Demon 308LFC-O is a self-shielding tubular alternative to solid ER308L stainless steel wire. It's a great choice as it doesn't need any shielding gas.

Using this Blue Demon 308LFC-O stainless flux-core wire is quite easy. First, make sure your welding machine is set to the AWS A5.22 DCEP welding current. You can use it to weld all 300 series stainless, including 308L, as well as 430 stainless. One great thing is you don't need to worry about getting a shielding gas. When welding, keep in mind the wire size is 0.045. After use, store the wire in a dry place to prevent it from getting rusty. If the wire gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a clean cloth.
