Description
This Miller replacement gun nozzle has a 1/2 - inch (13 mm) diameter orifice. The contact tip is flush with the nozzle end. It effectively focuses the shielding gas close to the welding arc, greatly reducing spatter. Ideal for use with M - 25 and M - 40 MIG guns, which are standard on most Millermatic 200, 210, 212, 250, 251, 252, 300 and Vintage MIG welders. Comes in a pack of 1.

How to use: First, make sure your MIG gun is turned off. Then, replace the old nozzle with this Miller .500 ORF Flush Slip Type Nozzle. Once it's securely in place, you can start your welding work. The nozzle will focus the shielding gas near the arc, reducing spatter. Note: Only use this nozzle with M - 25 and M - 40 MIG guns on the specified Millermatic welders. For maintenance, after each use, gently clean the nozzle to remove any spatter build - up. Store it in a dry place to prevent rust.
