Description
This Miller non-threaded replacement gun nozzle features a 5/8 inch (16 mm) diameter orifice. The contact tip extends 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) out of the nozzle. It effectively focuses the shielding gas close to the welding arc, greatly reducing spatter. Ideal for use with the M-25 MIG gun, which is the standard gun on most Millermatic 200, 210, 212, 250, 251, 252, 300 and Vintage MIG welders. Comes in a package of 1.
Using this Miller nozzle is easy. First, make sure your M-25 MIG gun is turned off and cooled down. Then, replace the old nozzle with this new one. When you start welding, it will focus the shielding gas well to reduce spatter. Remember, always wear proper safety gear like welding gloves and goggles. After use, let the nozzle cool down completely. To keep it in good condition, clean it regularly with a soft brush to remove any spatter buildup. If you notice any damage, replace the nozzle right away for safe and efficient welding.
