QuietPulse Technology for Maxstar and Dynasty Machines

Pulse DC TIG welding is known for being noisy. High - rate pulsing makes a 'buzzing' sound that can be really annoying, especially with multiple operators around. With QuietPulse, just change the wave shape to Sine or Triangular during DC pulse welding. This creates a smoother transition between background and peak amperage, making the least audible noise possible.

If you have Maxstar Series 210, 280, 280 Multiprocess, 400, or 800 machines manufactured starting with serial number ND040985L, you'll need to buy this SD card (PN 301790) to use this great feature.

How to use: If you own a compatible Maxstar machine made starting with serial number ND040985L, insert the SD card (PN 301790) into your machine. During DC pulse welding, change the wave shape to Sine or Triangular to activate the QuietPulse feature. Note: Make sure your machine is powered off before inserting or removing the SD card.
