Using this Miller AccuLock Diffuser is easy. First, make sure your MIG gun is turned off. Then, install the diffuser onto your MDX - 100 or MDX - 250 MIG gun as per the standard fitting process. When replacing the contact tip, the coarse threads will let you do it quickly. During operation, the optimized wire - feeding design will keep your wire feeding smoothly, reducing common issues. Just turn on the shielding gas to cool the contact tip tail. As for maintenance, regularly check the alignment of the contact tip and the liner lock. Clean the diffuser and contact tip occasionally to keep them in good condition. Remember to always use it with compatible MIG guns only.
