This kit is designed for the M-25 MIG gun. It features fewer parts for more accuracy. The conversion diffuser lets you upgrade legacy M-Series MIG guns to the AccuLock Consumable Line, reducing inventory when using both M-Series and MDX MIG guns.

The contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas.

This Miller AccuLock MDX Consumables Conversion Kit is for your M - 25 MIG gun. To use it, first, identify the legacy M - Series MIG gun that you want to upgrade. Install the AccuLock Conversion Diffuser. Then, attach the included contact tips and the nozzle. When using the gun, the shielding gas will cool the contact tip tail inside the diffuser. The tapered connection will keep the contact tip locked for good electrical flow. If you need to replace the contact tip, the coarse threads make it quick. When cleaning or using the gun, the steel retaining ring on the diffuser will keep the threaded nozzle tight. Keep the kit in a dry place. If you notice any damage to the parts, replace them immediately to ensure proper function.
