This is a 50 - foot remote extension cord from Miller, designed for the 70 Series. It's suitable for XR - Controls, SuitCase 12RC, 20 Series feeders, and 70 Series (S/D/DX) feeders. It features a 14 - pin plug and socket for 24 VAC feeders. Note that it's not for 115 - volt XR or 50 Series feeders.
Using this Miller cable extension is easy. First, make sure your devices like the XR - Controls or 70 Series feeders are turned off. Then, connect the 14 - pin plug of the extension cord to the device and the 14 - pin socket to the appropriate power source or another compatible device. When using, ensure the voltage is 24 VAC as this cord is not for 115 - volt XR or 50 Series feeders. For maintenance, keep the cord clean and free from any sharp objects that could cut it. If you notice any damage, stop using it immediately and replace it to avoid any safety issues.
